Follow the circuit of the 3 lakes in Puget sur Argens
Discover the 3 lakes trail in Puget-sur-Argens and spend a good moment of relaxation connected to nature. This walk on a well-traced trail with little difference in altitude will take you to a wild natural area just a stone's throw from Puget sur Argens.
An ideal walk for the whole family
This hike is more like a family walk because of its ease and accessibility. Over a relatively flat distance of about 6km, you will travel on a well-tracked trail with many shaded areas made possible by the many trees along the route. At the beginning of the walk, you can picnic with your family thanks to the arrangement of tables to eat quietly.
A loop around the three lakes
The 3 Lakes Trail, as its name suggests, has 3 small lakes that you will each encounter in turn following the circuit loop.
Everyone can find his interest according to his expectations. You will be able to see Cistudes d'Europe (Turtle), Barbeau méridional (fish) and many frogs. Open your eyes and ears wide, these species are often camouflaged by the flora surrounding the lakes.
On one point of the trail you can admire the first steps of the Gorges du Blavet located between the Bouverie district and Bagnols-en-Forêt.
How to get there ?
From the centre of Saint-Raphaël, follow the direction of Bagnols-en-Forêt (D4). Pass Camping Holiday Green on your right and continue for about 1500m, then turn left on chemin du Pont du Bois when you see a relay antenna on the same side. About 1.2km further on, you can park on the Guy Manganelli area where there is a car park, opposite the Domaine de La Lieutenante. Your walk will start by turning right on the Piste des Lauriers.
