Les roches rouges

In 2025, the Les Roches Rouges hotel in Saint-Raphaël is writing a new page in its history on the seafront: new rooms, a new chef at the Michelin-starred Récif restaurant, a cocktail bar, a new restaurant and a "guinguette" between beach and gardens.

Description

In 2025, the Les Roches Rouges hotel in Saint-Raphaël is writing a new chapter in its history by the sea.
Opening up even wider to the deep blue sea and merging with its natural surroundings, the hotel continues to magnify its modernist heritage and pay homage to the Mediterranean.
Facing the Île d'Or, between the sparkling sea and the red rocks of the Estérel, the iconic Corniche d'Or address reinvents itself with elegance, while preserving the singular soul that has made its reputation. This year, it unveils new rooms, a brand-new cocktail bar, a brand-new restaurant, Estelo, and La Chicoula, a convivial guinguette between beach and gardens, extending the festive spirit of the Côte d'Azur. On the gastronomic front, the Michelin-starred Récif restaurant enters a new era under the leadership of new Chef Alexandre Baule, ready to bring the flavours of the Mediterranean to life with precision and creativity. Both on the plate and in the surroundings, everything celebrates the gentle way of life typical of the South, the elegant simplicity that makes you want to slow down, breathe and enjoy.

In this modernist building dating from the 50s on the seafront, the refined architecture is in dialogue with its surroundings, as if suspended between sky and sea. Here, the days pass to the rhythm of the waves and the sun. Just a stone's throw from Saint-Tropez, the Hôtel Les Roches Rouges, like a terrace overlooking the sea, is more than ever a haven on the Côte d'Azur, where you can savour the light, the song of the cicadas and shared moments.
Lazing on the private beach, diving in the seawater pool carved out of the rock, napping under the pines or dining in front of the sunset: everything here invites you to unwind.
The 5-star Les Roches Rouges hotel also opens its doors to guests visiting the French Riviera for a day of relaxation and indulgence. On the program: tailor-made treatments by Holidaymie and Maison Caulières for total relaxation, lunch overlooking the sea and an immersion in Provencal flavours.
The hotel also welcomes visitors arriving by sea for lunch or dinner: a private pontoon allows them to dock directly at the hotel, and prolong the experience in a setting as elegant as it is sunny.

Perfect for soaking up the sun on the Côte d'Azur, the hotel is also the ideal setting for weddings and events.
