L'apiculture est une passion familiale dans la famille de Thibault depuis 3 générations (son grand-père et son oncle). Julien, son ami d'enfance, décide de s'associer dans cette belle aventure. Tombés amoureux de leur passion, Thibault Potron et Julien Taxil deviennent alors apiculteurs professionnels en 2021 après le soutien et les échanges avec leurs confrères. Le Rucher du blavet est créé à Roquebrune-sur-Argens.
Ils commencent avec 6 ruches, puis 40 pour comptabiliser 140 ruches à ce jour. Une progression rapide sur trois années. Ce développement de colonies s'accompagne de l'investissement d'un laboratoire flambant neuf pour y fabriquer l'ensemble de leurs créations.
Du miel de cru de lavande au miel multi-fleur (garrigues, printemps, bruyère blanche), la provenance est 100% locale, de PACA. Ils complètent leur gamme par la transformation de miels en produits dérivés : cake au miel de printemps, bonbons au miel de garrigue, nougat au miel de lavande.
Ils commercialisent en ligne, sur les marchés de Roquebrune ainsi qu'à la Maison du Terroir et au Domaine du Blavet.
